Pre Fleuri is a large chalet and 3 apartments set in it’s own sunny gardens close to the centre of Saint Jean de Sixt. The shops, bars, restaurants, chemist, in fact all the facilities you need are only a minutes walk away.

Ideal for families and groups the chalet can sleep 14 in 6 bedrooms most of which are ensuite. By renting one or more of the apartments as well you can sleep upto 30!
It has a huge living area with plenty of seating on comfy sofas and the dining area can easily accommodate upto 18. There is a separate TV room with satellite and DVD player.
The living room opens onto a large sunny south facing terrace where you can soak up the sun or relax watching the sunset.
The fully equipped semi professional kitchen has everything needed to cater for 20+ including 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens.

All the apartments are spacious, tastefully decorated, well equipped and have south facing balconies. All of the apartments have at least one shower room and loo per bedroom and many are ensuite.
All apartments have UK Satellite and French TV plus DVD and CD players. The building has free WIFI internet access throughout and there is a computer in the entrance hall for guests to use.

Saint Jean de Sixt
St Jean and the Aravis from le Suet
The Pre Fleuri is in the centre of the traditional village of St Jean de Sixt. Only an hour from Geneva airport or 8 hours drive from Calais.
Approx 3 km from both La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand town centres and ski-lifts. The Ski bus stop is under a minute’s walk from the apartments and is free on the area lift pass.
St Jean has a well-stocked supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy, doctor, post office, cash-point etc. 3 restaurants and 2 bars all within a minute’s walk. There are Tennis courts and children’s playground in summer.

All apartment prices are on a “self-clean” basis, i.e. bathrooms and kitchens left clean, pots, crockery, cutlery washed and put away, rubbish and bottles disposed of (which is easy).
Daily or end-of-stay cleaning services are available.
Deposits against cleaning, damage, breakage payable at beginning of stay (€150 per apartment) cash or credit card. To be refunded in full less any charges for the above.
Apartments are available from 4pm on arrival day till 10am on departure day. Luggage can be left at the chalet for earlier arrivals/later departures.
