Pre Fleuri Apartments

Pre Fleuri is a large chalet containing 6 apartments set in it’s own sunny gardens in the centre of St Jean de Sixt.
All the apartments are spacious, well decorated, well equipped and have south facing balconies. There are ski racks, heated boot dryers and ample car parking space.

“Penthouse” Apartment for up to 7 people

Newly fitted out for this year we have turned our loft apartment into a luxurious and spacious three bedroomed apartment. There is a large living room complete with open fire, exposed beams, south facing balcony, stereo, TV & DVD and also boasts a brand new fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob and microwave.

Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, which can be either a double or twin. A twin bedroom with wash basin, a bunk room with wc and washbasin plus a separate shower room and wc.

2 room apartment up to 4 people

Kitchen/living room (approx 13 square metres) with south facing balcony, bed-settee with pull out bed (makes 2 singles), table and chairs, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave. TV with DVD player - A large selection of English language DVD's can be hired in the village.

Shower room with washbasin
Separate WC

3 room apartment up to 6 people

Kitchen/living room with south facing balcony, bed-settee with pull out bed (makes 2 singles), table and chairs, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge or fridge-freezer, microwave. TV and DVD player.
Two twin or double bedrooms with en-suite shower, washbasin, WC plus a separate shower room with washbasin & WC

Please note, there are more beds than the number of people specified, but kitchen/living accommodation would be cramped if full bed occupancy was used.
Most rooms will accommodate a cot, some rooms would accommodate an extra Z-bed, so the accommodation is flexible regarding sleeping arrangements.

In-house catering service

We're always on the look out for new ideas to improve the quality of your holiday. So we've come up with the semi self catered apartment option. If you don't fancy cooking but want to stay in you can opt for a selection from the Chalet menu - 1,2 or 3 courses freshly prepared and delivered to your apartment (Pre Fleuri only).

St Jean de Sixt

The Pre Fleuri is in the centre of the traditional village of St Jean de Sixt. Only an hour from Geneva airport or 8 hours drive from Calais.

Approx 2.5 km from both La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand town centres and ski-lifts. The Ski bus stop is under a minute’s walk from the apartments and is free on the area lift pass.

St Jean has it’s own small ski area,
a well-stocked supermarket, boulangerie, pharmacy, doctor, post office, cash-point etc. 2 restaurants, 2 bars all within a minute’s walk. There are Tennis courts and childrens playground in summer.

All apartment prices are on a “self-clean” basis, ie bathrooms and kitchens left clean, pots, crockery, cutlery washed and put away, rubbish and bottles disposed of (which is easy).
Daily or end-of-stay cleaning services are available.
Deposits against cleaning, damage, breakage payable at beginning of stay (£100 per apartment) cash or guaranteed cheque. To be refunded in full less any charges for the above.
Apartments are available from 4pm on arrival day till 10am on departure day. Luggage can be left at the chalet for earlier arrivals/later departures.
