Chalet Pre Fleuri

Pre Fleuri is a large chalet containing 6 apartments set in it’s own sunny gardens in the centre of St Jean de Sixt.

 All the apartments are spacious, well decorated and well equipped and have south facing balconies. There are ski lockers and ample car parking space.

 In summer catered accommodation and adventure sports holidays are also available.

 

2 room apartment up to 4 people

 Kitchen/living room (approx 13 square metres) with south facing balcony, bed-settee with pull out bed (makes 2 singles), table and chairs, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave. TV with DVD player - A large selection of English language DVD's can be hired in the village.

 Twin or double bedroom

 Shower room with washbasin

 Separate WC

 

3 room apartment up to 6 people

 Kitchen/living room (approx 16 square metres) with south facing balcony, bed-settee with pull out bed (makes 2 singles), table and chairs, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge or fridge-freezer, microwave. TV and DVD player.

For up to 11 people

 Extra twin/double/triple/quad en-suite bedroom on floor above or below the apartment.

 

“Penthouse” Apartment for up to 7 people

 The top floor apartment has a large living/dining room with open plan kitchen, south facing balcony and bed-settee which can be set up as twin beds in curtained off area under the eaves, additional settee/seating. There is an open fire, Stereo, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, gas oven and hob.

Large twin/double bedroom with en-suite shower and wc.

Eaves room (low headroom) which can sleep two adults.

Separate shower and wc.

Bunk room with ensuite wc and wash basin.

Please note, there are more beds than the number of people specified, but kitchen/living accommodation would be cramped if full bed occupancy was used.

 Most rooms will accommodate a cot, some rooms would accommodate an extra Z-bed, so the accommodation is flexible regarding sleeping arrangements.

For large groups

Ground floor apartment with very large living/dining room (approx 48 square metres) with log burning stove, stereo, Satellite TV, video and DVD player.

Doors to south-facing terrace.

 

Area can be curtained off for sleeping (z-beds available)

Separate kitchen with 2 fridges (also 2 fridge-freezers) 2 dishwashers, 2 gas hobs and ovens, microwave.

En-suite twin or double bedroom (no window in bedroom but window in en-suite shower/wc)

Separate shower room with basin and wc.

Plus

Additional bedrooms on 1st and 2nd floors – twins/doubles/triples/quads-families. All either en-suite or sharing facilities between 2 rooms maximum. Some with balconies.

Please note, the ground floor apartment is subject to an extra service charge for cleaning the kitchen and living room, unless the clients wish to do it themselves.

General

 

All apartments have French TV. Video or DVD players available to hire.

Irons, ironing boards, hairdryers available. Also fondue and raclette sets.

In-house catering service available: meals cooked and delivered to your apartment.

All apartment prices are on a “self-clean” basis, ie bathrooms and kitchens left clean, pots, crockery, cutlery  washed and put away, rubbish and bottles disposed of (which is easy).

Daily or end-of-stay cleaning services are available.

Deposits against cleaning, damage, breakage payable at beginning of stay (£100 per apartment/ £250 for downstairs) cash or guaranteed cheque. To be refunded in full less any charges for the above.

Apartments available from 4pm on arrival day till 10am on departure day. Luggage can be left at the chalet for earlier arrivals/later departures.

St Jean de Sixt

 

Only an hour from Geneva airport or 8 hours drive from Calais.

Approx 2.5 km from both La Clusaz and Grand Bornand centres and ski-lifts. Ski bus stop under a minute’s walk from the apartments (free on the area lift pass). St Jean has it’s own small ski area.

Well-stocked supermarket, boulangerie, also pharmacie, doctor, post office, cash-point etc. 3 restaurants, bar all within a minute’s walk. Tennis courts and childrens playground in summer.
