Self-Drive

If you prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, we can arrange ferry crossings for you with P&O Stena on their Dover/Calais, Hull/Zeebrugge and Portsmouth/Le Harvre routes. Dover/Calais ferries run around the clock, up to every half-hour, and the crossing time is about 75 minutes. On board facilities include shops, restaurants and bars, or relax in style in the Club lounge for a small supplement. It's an easy 8-hour drive on the autoroute from Calais to St Jean de Sixt. Depending on the number of people travelling, it can be an economical alternative to flying, and gives you the option of travelling around and extending your stay. Enter the details on your booking form, and call us if you'd like extra info on driving requirements, overnight stops etc. For more information see our self drive ski and snowboard holiday page.
